"Very pleased with the Sheraton Palace"
I just returned from Moscow for a long weekend stay and was very pleased. I made the reservations online directly through the hotel. They provided the visa support documents and answered my questions via email very promptly. They also arranged transportation from Domodedovo to the hotel. I saved some money by booking over a weekend and a delightful breakfast was included. The room was a good size, and the hotel was extremely accomodating providing a rollaway bed for our daughter. The staff was friendly and spoke English. I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Moscow. It was a very good location.

"Moscow Value"
Have stayed at this property at least 10 times previously. It is a great business hotell in the center of Moscow. It is withing walking distance to all msjor sights in the center as well as a short walk from Belorusskaya metro station that is on a straight line from the metro line serving Sheremtyevo as well a the train station serving Domodedovo. Always well greeted at arrival and promptly given our room. Rooms are nice and spacious and they have the new sweet sleaper beds. Breakfast is good and has a great selection. They even have their own orange juicer so you can have a fresh glass of arange juice. In summary it is nothing extremely fancy, but the rooms are very nice and staff is always friendly. Only thing to really complain about is their way of converting your reservation from US Dollars to Rubles using some hopeless exchange rate that has no basis in realty. When you ask them the term USD suddenly means currency units and this is something they seem to pull out of the air. At my last stay the going USD-RUB rate was 26,15 and the hotel used 32. GGGGrrrrrrr, Thats what I call a ripoff. Unfortunately it happends everywhere in Russia so it is not unique to this hotel

"Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!"
Myself and my fiancé stayed in the Sheraton Palace Hotel, Moscow in August 2003 and it was a wonderful experience all-round.
Firstly, the staff were very helpful in all matters.
Secondly, the food was beautiful, particularly the breakfast buffets which had a large, varied selection of delicious foods of which you could eat as much as you liked.
Thirdly, the beds were extremely comfortable with the softest bed linen I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing!
I would highly recommend this hotel for a very comfortable and luxurious stay.

"I'll be back again!"
What a delightful place to stay! Convenient location, outstanding accommodations, and a friendly staff which goes all out to make you feel right at home. The concierge gave me excellent advice on haggling with the vendors on the Arbat. The buffet servers smiled and kept the wonderful breakfast food coming. One damp evening the staff even brought me a fan so I could keep my window open and enjoy the sound of Moscow in the rain. My favorite character, though, was the very serious looking man in a dark suit who turned suddenly to me with a goofy grin and asked me "How do you think I do at speaking English?" Going by US standards, the Sheraton Palace appears to be very expensive - but Moscow is a very expensive place to stay and the Sheraton Palace is actually an excellent value. So much so, in fact, that when I return to Moscow next summer I am definitely staying there, even though I will have to pay for it myself this time!
