"Good service & price"
Very good hotel, not so expencive as other Moscow international hotels. Service is very good - receptionists are friendly, maids are accurate, food is tasty... At check in clerk at the reception explained very clearly how to get to the Kremlin and advised good excurtions. Restaurant offers wide choise of dishes and drinks and waiters are very attentive.
Going to be back there soon.

"best hotel in this category in Moscow"
As other mentioned, this is only a Holiday Inn, it's not about pure luxury...you can get as much as you want of it in Moscow...but in this business no frills category, this is the best choice in Moscow (the other option being Novotel in Novoslobodskaya).
The hotel is still brand new and very well managed and mantained, clean and in a great location two minutes walking from the underground and two minutes walking from the main commercial street Tverskaya (ok...it's on the opposite end than the Red Square...about 40mins walking from there).
Just as an advise if you need a taxi and you're no afraid of normal russian taxi ask the reception to call for you a "Normal Yellow Taxi" as this will be much cheaper than the cars they would normally give you which are going for a fixed price of 600Rub in town.
Untill they'll keep this price level I will definitely no look any further and keep giving them my stays in Moscow.

"Great Stay"
Great for business...... Good walk to Red Square but plenty to see. Room service was great, room made up daily on time and staff was very friendly...... Not a place to entertain as it is for business travelers or vacationers, but a great place and close enough to everything you need, metro and shops. Would stay again, no doubt. |

"Very Nice Hotel"
We stayed here while completing an adoption. Found the staff to be warm and friendly. Service was excellent compared to other places we stayed during the adoption process (2 trips).
Lobby and Bar area was smokey, but what else would one expect in a country where smoking is not assumed to be pure evil, and is excepted. Overall the staff is making a valiant effort at western service and values!

"Great value for the money"
I stay in hotels all over the world about 320 nights per year.
I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. There's nothing wrong with this hotel. The price is one of the best deal in town. The rooms are very clean and a good size, the staff is very professional and the restaurant has a great food. The morning breakfast is excellent.
It is located at about 5 walk from a metro and there are a lot of shops and restaurants in that area. I will stay there again without any hesitation. As for the internet, it's a bit expensive but it works and it's fast.

"My favorite hotel in Moscow"
After having stayed at two of the other outrageously expensive Marriotts (Renaissance and Aurora) - I was pleased to find the perfect business traveler hotel. Located just off the main Tverskaya road, this hotel is perfect. Brand new, clean, and $250 a night makes it half of any of the other major US chains.
Free wireless Internet in the lobby, and hook in high speed Internet in your room for $25 per 24 hours.
